Clean and comfortable hotel about a 30 minute drive to Cologne, set in a very nice resort-style city. Very quiet area. Room clean, a, bit on the small side, basically one double bed (they do not have twins, so take this into consideration) one desk and one TV. Room cleaned daily, heat was working. Great breakfast everyday, better then the room. Everything in their lobby mini-shop was crazy expensive (think 6 euros for a bottle of water). Decent on-site bar and restaurant. All in all I would come back again.

Clean room, and comfortable. Heating worked great. Location was nice, quiet place. Very good breakfast, they really prepared very well. Nice place for small friend gatherings in the lobby. Room serviced daily.

The hotel is spatious and modern. Good wifi. It was very quiet at night, because the rooms are well isolated: no noise from neighbouring rooms or from outside. The room was clean. Breakfast was generous. Staff was very friendly and a defect in the bathroom was fixed immediately after reporting.

Lovely breakfast offering with lots of choice. Very comfortable beds and good cleanliness. Bright bedroom with big windows too. Unfortunately I didnt have an opportunity to use the swimming and spa facilities.

We found the Seminaris to be pleasant, spacious and clean, set out with conference rooms etc there was a good choice of breakfast, car parking both indoors and outside. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and there is a large garden area.

Thanks a lot for a super convenient and comfortable stay! And the understanding and generous cooperation regarding my bicycle. Friendly and quick check-in and check-out. Breakfast was good. Beds very comfrotable. Excellent hygiene and tidiness.

Superb service with friendly staff. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed the variety of lounge areas which are perfect for chilling and having a good time. Breakfast was great - such a range of healthy and tasty food. There is so much to do in the hotel itself, including pool, sauna, table tennis, etc. We would definelty come back
